The hotel was fairly clean, picturesque, had incredibly nice staff in both receptionists. The rooms were high-class and the location was particularly good. Also, the property was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Plympton Castle. It had a magnificent restaurant with delicious food.
There were very poor beds.
